Bob Kohn Chairman & CEO

Bob Kohn is a leading expert on music licensing and intellectual property law & policy and, as an entrepreneur, was a pioneer in digital music distribution. He is the co-author of Kohn On Music Licensing (Aspen Law & Business, 4th Edition 2010), an 1,800-page legal treatise which USA Today termed “the bible on legal issues in the music world.” In 1998, he founded eMusic.com, Inc., the pioneering MP3 music-download service which was acquired in 2001 by Universal Music Group. Kohn served as vice chairman of the board of Borland Software Corporation where he previously served as senior vice president and general counsel. Prior to that, he was an associate attorney at the law offices of Milton A. “Mickey” Rudin, an entertainment law firm whose clients included Frank Sinatra, Liza Minnelli, and Cher. A graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and member of the California Bar, Kohn serves on the editorial board of the Entertainment Law Reporter and has taught law at Monterey College of Law in Monterey, CA. He has served as an expert witness for ASCAP, SonyBMG Entertainment, and Warner Music Group, among others. He lives in Manhattan.

Marcus Holloway President & COO

Marcus Holloway is a recognized and proven leader of high growth business process outsourcing (BPO) businesses. Mr. Holloway was a founder in the PricewaterhouseCoopers BPO business that was sold to IBM Global Services. This business grew from start-up to over $200 million in revenue in 5 years. Under Mr. Holloway’s leadership as Managing Director of the ACS Finance and Accounting business, he grew the business from $30 million to over $150 million in just five years and it was the single fastest growing business in ACS over this time period. Mr. Holloway also led the BPO business for Sutherland Global, the World’s largest private BPO firm. Prior to Sutherland Global, Mr. Holloway worked as a potential service provider with SME on a Finance and Accounting outsourcing initiative that included the current in-scope services.

Donald Dixon Director

Don Dixon has been a co-founder and Managing Director of Trident Capital since 1993. From 1988 to 1993, Dixon was Co-President of Partech International, a private equity fund manager associated with Banque Paribas. From 1983 to 1988, he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons. Earlier in his career, Dixon was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co., and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank, N.A.
In addition to RoyaltyShare, Dixon serves as a Director of Clarus Systems, Emic Networks, Epicor Software Corporation (EPIC), Merchant e-Solutions, Inc., and Qualys Inc. . Dixon earned his B.S.E. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dixon is also an Executive Committee member of the SEAS Strategic Planning Committee at Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Keith Titan is a Principal at BDMI. He was previously Vice President of Random House Ventures, L.L.C., where he spearheaded new investments and helped guide strategy for various portfolio companies. Prior to that, he was Vice President of New Media for Random House, Inc. where he pursued new business opportunities with companies exploring innovative ways to connect digital media, the web and publishing. Prior to that Mr. Titan was Senior Director of ePublishing and eCommerce at Simon & Schuster Inc. Prior to that, he worked as a Marketing Manager at Penguin Group (USA) Inc. and as an advertising Account Executive at J. Walter Thompson.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Rutgers University and an Ed.M. from Harvard University. Mr. Titan currently serves on the board of directors for Imagespan, Emotive Communications and Xlibris. He is on the board of advisors for VOCEL and is a board observer for American Reading Company, Trion World Network and RoyaltyShare.
